USB Fan Necktie - ???

Sometimes, I just don't get these Japs... man they sure come up with some of the craziest ideas, don't they?

 

 

The new model. Apparently, the previous model didn't have a slip cover to conceal the fan, and was made out of plastic (the new one being made out of cloth).
