The English is clear enough to lorry drivers - but the Welsh reads "I am not in the office at the moment. Please send any work to be translated."
Just watched the first two episodes. Err.. not as interesting. The show isn't as engaging (as the old series), not yet anyways. Perhaps it's because I was a lot less critical when I was a kid (Well, I was critical even then, just not as much). This one does have reasonable eye candy, but err... lets see. Hope the show gets better.

Seat designed to reduce body weight while sitting. I-Cool, the first ever Exercise-Free, Calorie Burning seat designed to deliver significantly increased sedentary calorie burn rates.
Seriously doubt if this thing would work.
WePC website launched, where the people (i.e. people who use the laptops and net-books), come up with the design. Build the laptop you want and it might get picked by some designer and your concept may be implemented.
Those are all Eee Pc's 1000H.
The way this happened was, a colleague got himself an Eee PC 1000H. Brought it to the office. Everyone loved it. Some of them wanted one too. So he puts up an order and they arrived today. The result - well five of them sitting on a table and my colleague was running windows update on all of them and getting them ready for our other colleagues.
The Eee PC wall looked kind of cool so I clicked a pic.

Unfairly but truthfully, our party has been tagged as being against things. Anti-immigrant, for example. And we're not a party of anti-immigrants. Quite the opposite. We're a party that welcomes people.

Yawn...
Theresa Randle can't act, and honestly, I don't think she looks good either (she might have the body, but the face is just yukh).
The movie is absolute crap. Beaten to death plot, crappy actors, crappier acting, horrible screenplay.
Don't watch.

Amping up a chemical in the mouse brain and then triggering the animal's recall can cause erasure of those, and only those, specific memories, according to research in the most recent issue of the journal Neuron. While the study was done in mice that were genetically modified to react to the chemical, the results suggest that it might one day be possible to develop a drug for eliminating specific, long-term memories, something that could be a boon for those suffering from debilitating phobias or post-traumatic stress disorder.
Can't wait....
I have spoken about this a few times before (the most recent one is here).

Well, are you?
Isn't believing in God more important than the concept of religion? I mean, why the big fuss? 'I believe in God' - why can't it be that simple? Is it absolutely necessary to complicate matters? Is it really that necessary?
A rose by any other name would still smell the same, right? Can the stature of God be increased or decreased because someone refers to the supreme being with another name? Is it really possible? Could God be THAT PICKY, could the all forgiving, all merciful really be that rigid?? Is a segregation really necessary? Is it even relevant?
If I say India and you say Bharat and they say Hindustan, does it mean that each one of us is talking about a different country?
Obviously enough, I downloaded this only because of Keira Knightley. I really enjoyed the movie. It's different. A great performance put in by Keira Knightley. The effort she has put in (of course credit goes to the vocal coach Claire Underwood too), needs special mention. Keira sings her own songs and does them well.
It is interesting, but it's not going to be enjoyed by many. I am very sure of it. The majority is going to find this movie slow and filled with confused characters (one of my friend's exact statement). I just think - these people lack refined taste. But hey, that's just my view.
I liked the movie but I really wouldn't recommend it to everyone.

Err.. Well, it's ok. Watchable. The kids might enjoy it. It's not bad. I just couldn't seem to get interested. Just didn't seem to be concerned about the characters or where the story was going. It was playing, I was watching, but I honestly couldn't care less about any of the characters or the story.
Don't really know what it was that put me off. I just didn't find it engaging enough.
NICE!
Now that's how you make a movie. Loved the screenplay. Really enjoyed it. Do watch.
Not as bad as it could have been.
Watchable. Masi Oka features in this too (that's Hiro Nakamuro from Heroes). Pleasantly enough, he doesn't talk much in the movie and doesn't have much of a role.
Time pass. Watchable. Or.. err.. probably I feel that way, given all the trash I have been subjected to, off late.
Done with watching the first 5 episodes.
And the nonsense continues. Hiro Nakamura, Claire and Parkman should be chucked out of the series (kill them off.. somehow.. why the hell couldn't Claire be chucked into the bloody vortex!). It's a little relief that Dr. Suresh seems to be finally growing a pair of balls for himself, but .. is it going to be enough?
Mrs. Petrelli is ... irritating, annoying aaarrrghhh! Tracy Strauss isn't good looking enough to be on the tele and Daphne needs to dye her hair to a darker shade.
Crap. Downloaded it, assuming it's a Jason Statham movie, there would be at least something worth watching.
No eye candy, nothing at all that qualifies as interesting. Even the cars were disappointing.
I couldn't even sit through this nonsense. Absolutely horrendous.
One of the new feature, everyone seems to be talking about is the new 3D Tab feature. I haven't tried it, yet. Might try it later. As of now, hooked on to Chrome.

One of the restaurant’s unique features are menus projected onto tabletops, allowing diners to order food and beverages interactively, to change the ambiance of their individual table, to play games and even to order up local information and services, such as booking a cab.

Hopefully Mail Goggles will prevent many of you out there from sending messages you wish you hadn't. Like that late night memo -- I mean mission statement -- to the entire firm.
Hmm. Don't really know how useful this will be, but I have to admit, really like the way these people think.
You can set it up from the general settings and choose the time of the day(s) at which you would want this feature to be active.
I would definitely like something like this on the cellphones. I have sent a few text messages and made a few calls, that I did regret. Sigh, shit happens.

Ford Motor has found a new way for parents to keep teen drivers in check when they lend them the car, the company said Monday.
MyKey, a car key with a chip, can be programmed to curtail the top speed of its user to 80 mph.
So this new system, available on the Ford, will let parents (or whoever gets their hands on it) to cap the top speed of the car at 128/130 Kmph (80 Mph). Oh, you think that's bad. Well... it gets worse.
This sucks.. Come on! you might as well not have the car at all. This is like sitting in a car with your grandparents at the wheel or.. may be an annoying girlfriend who just wont shut up and let you drive the way you want to.
Better off getting a ride with your friend(s).
In case anyone may be interested.
Just heard about this. Prepaid service for the E-go. You buy the device for KD 40 and then get recharge cards (No subscription, you pay as per your requirement). KD 1.500 for 24 hours. I am sure other denominations will be available too.
I think it should be 24 hours of internet usage and not 24 hours from the first log in. If anyone is interested, you can call them up and get the details.
Yes, that is a digital clock on the top of the phone. hmm, guess that too is Tag Heuer's idea of 'luxury'
Hmm, well they have lost it, for sure. 'Piece of Art' - oh come on! (Psst.. listen to him say it, seems to me - what he really wanted to say was - 'piece of shit')
At the end of the video the guy says: The first pocket watch of the 21st century. hmm I really have no clue what the hell gave him THAT idea.
I have spent a lot of time wondering what makes people buy a Vertu. I have spent a few days fiddling with the Vertu too (well I have good friends), and it didn't help me understand much. But hey, there is a market for everything. One look at the Meridiist and all of a sudden the Vertu doesn't seem that stupid after all. At least the Vertu looks better.
Best leather, best rubber .. sensual experience?? Err.. what does this guy do with his phone?! ok .. I really don't want to know.
Just got done with the first 6 episodes of Season 4. It's a hell lot better than third season, which honestly is a surprise. After watching Season 3, I was pretty much sure that it won't be long before I stop bothering about Prison Break.
So far, the season has managed to remain interesting - picks up really well after the second episode. Of course, it's definitely a lot more interesting when you have the first 6 episodes on your hard drive and you don't have to wait for a week to know - 'what happens next'.
As with everything, there are problem here too, some of them can be over looked.
I do have a bit of a problem with Sarah Tancredi (played by Sarah Wayne Callies). Just not 'hot' enough. ahh whatever. Easy to ignore her.
Wyatt (played by Cress Williams), err... I am sure they could have had a better actor for Wyatt's character. Cress is just too ... droopy. Being calm, stone-faced, blank of emotions is one thing - looking like you are high on something - is another. Being stoned and stone-faced are two DIFFERENT things.
Agent Don[ald] Self (played by Michael Rapaport). I hate his accent. I don't find him believable. It's not his character that I don't find believable, it's Michael Rapaport that I don't find believable.
All said and done, I still like the show. I was pretty sure that I wouldn't be continuing with the series, but hey - it's a hell lot better than season 3 (blame it on the writer's strike, if you want to). And if I could sit through that (season 3), I am sure Season 4 is not going to be a problem.
I appreciate people's opinions, but I'm more interested in news. And the best way to get the news is from objective sources. And the most objective sources I have are people on my staff who tell me what's happening in the world.

Well I have had it for a little over a week now. Just been too lazy to put up anything about it. Dad will be driving the Prado now (obviously the L o r d R a j number plate had to be taken off). So now, dad has two cars, the Prado and the Accord.
About the Yukon, well it's nice. Not bad at all. Handles nicely. Spacious, comfy enough. but.. but.. well, I am kind of bored (yeah, I tend to get bored rather quickly). Next car, well it's supposed to be the Escalade, but there is a lot of time for that one. Have to save up for an Escalade first.
