TOI Website – New Look Is Messy

 

 

 

 

When you click on the headline to read a story, the look is just too messy. Hate the fact that the text isn’t justified, but that’s the least of the problems. There are way too many ads!

• Right at the top.
• Ribbon thing below the horizontal menu.
• The ads on the left and right.
• The worst is the one at the bottom of the page that stays at the bottom even as you scroll.
• The ‘Follow us on twitter’ banner getting popular on almost every site is just annoying. Hate that bird.

I would really prefer a text link as opposed to the banner (for Twitter). Even the ads – Text ads/links wouldn’t be that bad. But these colourful boxes / ribbons are extremely annoying.
