in my opinion this is fully scripted.. the guy is either indian or making fun of indian/asian english accent.. its a comdedy clip just for a laugh.

Scripted, well I don't think so. But then, anything is possible.
The guy is definitely Indian and if it's not scripted (which is my view) he has definitely shoved his foot way deep into his mouth.
