Govt. Of Malawi Planning To Outlaw Breaking Wind

Apparently there is a new Local Court system which will have the power to enforce some new laws and also have the power to punish the offenders. Opposition leaders have termed the new courts - Kangroo courts.

If reports are to be believed, Dr. Bingu wants to make ‘farting in public’ illegal and a punishable offense. Before you start chuckling, could you just give this one a bit of a thought.

How are they going to err… assign the blame for the crime? I mean – How do they intend to prove Guilt Beyond Reasonable Doubt?
