Reports said when other patients woke up on Monday, they saw a man lying on an adjoining bed with his head resting on two legs! Some of them called the hospital staff and demanded that something be done immediately. One of the patients said, "I saw the ward boys take him to the bed. Instead of placing a pillow under his head, they put the severed limbs. The patient was in agonizing pain and hardly realized the barbaric act."
