Arjit Singh and Samira Koppikar (not sure if I have heard any other track with her giving the playback) may have delivered a lot of hit songs and in all likelihood will deliver even more hits in the future. Perhaps they are even considered as very talented / capable playback singers… but they were definitely the wrong choice for this song. A terrible choice.
Arjit sounds too plain / dead in this track. The girl sounds even worse! This is probably how a zombie would sing a duet. And what makes it worse is that they have ruined an absolutely beautiful track. Even if it's just borrowing a bit here and there.

I heard the song playing on TV (didn't know it was the TV)... I thought my brother had downloaded some crappy karaoke version sung by someone instead of the original.
Arijit Singh usually has a good way of making his voice work; in this I didn't even recognize his voice.
I guess I will watch the movie though... just for Jay Bhanushali.
I will be watching the film as well. For different reasons, obviously. Don't think I will be reviewing it though.

Well, I watched the first movie and hated it. Am sure this isn't gonna be any different.
I just like Jay for his anchoring skills in DID.
